Practice schedule for the 2023 season:

Morning practices will begin on Tuesday, May 30, 2023

Practices will continue everyday Monday - Friday, until the conclusion of the season. There is no practice on Tuesday, July 4.

Junior Seadragons: 9:15am to 10:00am
8 & Under: 10:00am to 10:45am
9-10 year olds: 8:30am - 9:15am
11-12 year olds: 7:30am - 8:30am
13-14 year olds: 7:00am - 8:30am
15 & Over: 7:00am - 8:30am

What do you need for practices? A great attitude, suit, goggles, towel, and sunscreen. A swim cap is optional.

Practices will be held rain or shine. In the event of thunder/lightning, safety precautions will be made and communication to families will be texted/emailed to the team. Please check your settings on SwimTopia to ensure timely communication is received.

Day 1 Afternoon Session is for all 11 and older swimmers.
2pm - Facilities open
2:30pm - Seadragons Report for warmups at the team tent
4:30pm - Meet starts

Team Tent:
We will have our team tent up (see team tent map). We will have water and gatorade available in our tent to keep swimmers hydrated. Bring your lawn chairs/blankets for the team area (for swimmers and parents/family) This will be our central meet up location for events. .

This is a great opportunity for all families to kick off the summer swim season. From 6-8pm, you will meet the Team Coaches, members of the Parent/Family Board, learn about volunteering, SwimTopia, and purchasing team suits (and other gear) from Swimville and team spirit wear. If the weather is nice, we will be out on the pool deck (sorry, the pool will not be open for swimming), rain location is at the Civic Center.

ALL Families (Returning and New) will register and pay through the Wyoming Rec Center (Call - 513-821-5200 or visit 9940 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45215). This is to ensure Rec Center/Pool Membership information is correct.  

Stop by anytime during their regular business hours, or call them at (513) 821-5200 for more information. Fee to join the swim team is $82/$72 (Wyoming Family Aquatic Center members/sibling) or $137/$127 (non-members/sibling). Please reference the Wyoming Rec Center Website for Membership Information:

Once you have completed registration/payment through the Rec Center and your information is verified, your family will receive a welcome email message and your family will be added to the SwimTopia Site within one week of registration.
