All Seadragons are invited to attend whether you are going to Champs or not! 3-4: Stations set up around the park (goal setting wall, signing coach tshirts for Champs, teammate shoutouts, trivia, coach challenge) 4-5: Superlatives, Coaches talk, Champs advice and the send-off tunnel We will provide some healthy snacks. Please bring your own water bottle. |

This is a meet designed only for the Junior Seadragons. They will swim up to four strokes and a relay. Older swimmers are encouraged to stay after their practice to help time. After the meet, there is a breakfast for all swimmers. Swimmers also sign the coaches shirts for Champs. |
