Week 6 Seadragons Update
Hello Seadragons!
What a great week of swimming! We had 30 Junior Seadragons join the meet on Thursday and they did great! Way to go Junior Seadragons! Looking forward to seeing your swims for the rest of the season!

Swim Meets this week
LAST Home meet vs. Greenhills: Tuesday, July 1 @Wyoming Rec Center
Please declare your swimmer by tonight, June 28 or email the coaches at [email protected] if you miss the deadline.
Report at 5:00pm
Warmups 5:10pm – 5:40pm
Timers meeting at 6:00pm
Meet starts at 6:15pm
- It’s Disney Theme AND Senior Night – Wear your favorite Disney or Seadragon gear as we celebrate our four Senior Seadragons.
- Seadragon Diner and Grill will be open! Come hungry! Cash and credit will be accepted.
- More information will be sent directly to those swimming in the meet.
- Volunteers are still needed.
City of Wyoming - 4th of July Parade
Calling all Wyoming Seadragon Families - join us in the City of Wyoming 4th of July Parade. Wear your Seadragon spiritwear and we will parade with our Red, White and Blue. Swimmers and their families can all walk, bike, or scooter!! Most creative and most spirited will win a gift card to Cowboy Cones! This year's parade theme is "Hot Diggity All American Dogs"! Let us know if you can make it by committing to the event like you do a swim meet. Participants can bring candy to give out to parade spectators.
9:30am - Meet at the Village Green.
10am - Parade begins - The parade will line up on Oak Avenue, then go west on Wyoming Avenue, north on Springfield Pike, east on Wentworth Avenue, south on Burns Avenue and then east on Wyoming Avenue. After the parade, an award ceremony will take place at the Village Green.
Declare for Champs
The coaches need to know who will be attending Champs by July 5th. Please declare your swimmer today! This is a great way to showcase everything the swimmers have worked on all season and we would love to have the biggest turnout yet at Champs representing the Seadragons!
Junior Seadragon Meet & Breakfast of Champions
On July 11, all Junior Seadragons will participate in a Jr. Seadragon Meet followed by Breakfast of Champions as we prepare for Champs. Donations are still requested--please reach out to Lisa Schmid to sign up!
Schedule for the day
7:00am - 8:30am: 13 year old and over practice
7:30am - 8:30am: 11-12 year olds practice
8:15am - 9:00am: All kids 10 and under (Juniors, 8 and under, 9-10) practice
9:00-9:15 - Juniors warm-up
9:15-9:45 - Juniors meet (older swimmers will serve as timers)
9:45-10:15 – Breakfast for swimmers
End of Season Celebration
Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly for food, drinks and help!
