Practices
Practice
schedules are posted on the website. Evening practices will begin on
Tuesday, May 27. Practices will run every weekday leading up to the
Championship swim meet on July 14 and 15 (except on July 4). In the event of
any last-minute updates (usually because of weather), a text message will be
sent to families. Make sure your cell phone number is up-to-date on our Team website (after signing
in, click on “my Account” and update your contact information).
Family volunteer requirements and opportunities
Volunteer spots opened at the Kick-Off and will reopen online on Monday, May 28
at 7am, the day after our first evening practice. Between that time, families
that missed the kick-off can communicate with Lisa Schmid, [email protected] regarding
questions. There are many kinds of volunteer spots available from concession
stand, timing, to helping the younger swimmers get to their events. Some
volunteer slots like donations will be exclusively for families who only have
Junior Seadragons. As a reminder, each family is required to fill 4 volunteer
spots (3 during the regular season and 1 at Champs). For Jr. families it is
four donation slots.
Officiating
Helping to officiate the meet is a unique way to help, but requires special training. There are two trainings—you only need to attend one. RSVP here.
- June 4th, 6-7pm at Sharonville Rec Center.
- June 6th, 6:30-7:30pm at Wyoming Civic Center.
In addition to the one-hour training, you will also shadow with one of our trained officials at one of our first home meets.
