We’re looking forward to a fun exhibition meet with our friends at the Wyoming Swim Club. This will give us a lot of practice on what happens at a swim meet.
Typically for our home meets, Seadragons will be around the baby pool and the away team will be on the slide side. Bring your Seadragon cap, wear your team suit (or black or navy suit), goggles, and permanent markers (for writing events on arms) https://wyomingseadragons.swimtopia.com/swim-meet... Meet events by swimmer and heat sheets will be posted by the family restroom.
- We still need volunteers! As the host of this meet, we need to fill all of our volunteer slots. If your kid is swimming, we need your family to also sign up to assist. These are the roles needed: lots of timers, a 9-10 Boys Parent, and results runner. https://wyomingseadragons.swimtopia.com/calendar-and-meets you need help and would like to hire a teen, we do have a list available to view when you are logged on to the SwimTopia website: https://wyomingseadragons.swimtopia.com/helpers-for-hire
- It’s a Crazy Hat or Hair theme - bring out your hats and do your hair for all swimmers and parents!
- Over the Rhinos Swim Team - Donate your gently used suits, goggles, fins, boards or other equipment. You can also donate at the meet or online https://zieglerpark.org/everybody-in/swim-team/
- Parent Relay - who wants to show off their swim moves? We need 4 parents to make a relay. Who’s up for the challenge? Email April if your up for the fun, [email protected]
If something happens on the day of any meet (sick, can’t make it) contact Coach Jen, 513-335-0916, so we can make adjustments to the meet entries (especially relays).
